The new VizAlert V2 heads-up display is a visual alert system that fits discreetly inside a full-face helmet to let you know exactly what your radar detector or laser jammer is doing, while you stay focused on the road ahead.

It’s wireless, so there are no cables attaching you to the bike, and it’s battery powered for up to 80 hours of riding (up to 3 months).

The VizAlert is the most advanced motorcycle radar detector display in the world. It’s the only one that:

• gives different color alerts to ID the different radar bands and laser
• flashes more quickly as the signal gets stronger nearer the trap
• has a daylight sensor for automatic dimming at night
• works with radar detectors and laser jammers

The new miniature battery pack has a sliding ON/OFF switch, as well as an automatic shut down feature that will save your batteries if you ever leave it on by mistake.

The Vizalert V2 system comprises up to three units that work in harmony. You select one, two or three parts to suit your requirements.

1) VizAlert V2 display - to display alerts

2) Radar Detector Interface - required if you want to see Radar Detector alerts

3) Laser Jammer Interface - required if you want to see Laser Jammer alerts

The LED display is held securely in place by the helmet padding to provide discreet alerts in your peripheral vision. The wireless receiver and the miniature battery pack are easily concealed between cheek pads and the helmet skin.

Installation is quick, easy and safe, even if you’ve never done anything like this before. All VizAlert Interfaces come with our intelligent “engine running” sensor, the POWERSENSEnode, which you just attach directly to the battery terminals. This clever little gizmo automatically powers up your detector or jammer when you start up the engine, and shuts them down when you stop, so there’s no risk of a flat batteries. There's no difficult hardwiring so you don't have to interfere with your bike’s electrical system, risking your bike’s warranty.

* If you use the Valentine Concealed Display or the Valentine Remote Audio Adapter, then you must purchase the VizAlert Interface for the “Valentine One + Remote Display.”

In late 2008 Beltronics changed the way the audio alert tones ramped up on the STi Driver. Therefore Cheetah has two different RDIs for this detector and you must specify which version of the STi Driver you have; The old one (pre-2008 ramp up fix) or the new one (post-2008 ramp up fix).
