What is ReverseGUARD

ReverseGUARD is a revolutionary new safety device designed with the purpose of alerting drivers of obstacles in their blind spots while backing their vehicles

ReverseGUARD is available in the Original sensor-only design and the new ReverseGEARD Complete which is a combination camera-sensor configuration.

ReverseGUARD uses 4 separate sensors and the latest in ultrasound technology. It is manufactured to exacting standards using the best industrial grade components.

ReverseGUARD is automatically engaged when the vehicle is shifted into reverse gear. There is no action required on the part of the driver to activate the system.

ReverseGUARD senses when people or objects are within six to eight feet of the rear of the vehicle. The system alerts the driver by emitting an intermittent warning alarm inside the vehicle. An LED visual distance display is also available.

ReverseGUARD has the look and feel of a factory installed system, and is designed to retrofit virtually all private passenger and commercial vehicles. The sensor system can be mounted on the top or bottom of a centre-mounted license plate.

Supplementing the auditory alarm, the Reverse Guard system includes an LED, providing a numerical display of the distance to the object. A mounting bracket is supplied, allowing the LED to be easily installed adjacent to the rear view mirror.
